90q20v heater valve kablooey

Don't bother trying to glue the old valve back together. The new one without a
sensor works just as well provided the vacuum line is hooked up to close the
valve when the A/C is engaged. The vacuum hose comes from the CC controls box,
wherever that is on a 90. If the heater valve is behind the engine like on a
200, then the vacuum line should come through the firewall nearby.
