Coupe naming

Ah, but there were type 81 coupes in Europe, i'm faily certain the FWD
4-cylinder Coupes were type 81, and I know the  2-door 4000 coupe was a
type81 (owned a 1981 5+5 which was basically a 2-door 4000 4E with the
drivetrain of the 82 Coupe, 5-cylinder+5speed tranie).
