Coupe naming

This has almost certainly been covered already, but just in case 
there were any doubt, these were absolutely *not* all quattros in Europe. 
I sold mine in July this year.

And I can't remember what it said on the owner's manual cover; I actually 
thought it was the same manual as the 80/90 and I think it said
"Audi 80/90/Coupe, 80/90/Coupe Quattro". But that could be a total 
fabrication.
