Alas, no. Long debated here and on Audiworld.  Rebuilt units have 
surfaced, although I cant recall where.

I've had it out and getting at the stuff is a bear - you'll break 
everything and still nto fix it, very likely.

You need an Instrument Cluster (worth going over to AW and searching if 
you cant find it here)
