Fuel Tank Clensing

The sealant is rather thin.  You turn the tank in all directions and the 
sealant coats the inside and then you drain it out while it is still 
wet.  The sealant will just stick to the walls and the rest will run off 
and out.  There shouldn't be a clogging issue.
