I did forget to mention that ammonia is a good rust dissolver.  Nasty 
stuff, but it works pretty well.

Yes, time and patience go a long way with seized fasteners.  It's funny 
watching the brake bleeder undoing procedure next door, the tech taps 
away with a tiny hammer (on the end of the bleeder) while applying light 
rotational pressure with a wrench.  After spraying with solvent, of course.

Why not just get a whole set?
