I think that is the smallest trailer I've ever seen a load distributing 
hitch on.  That, combined with what looks like an aluminum trailer, 
means that is probably perfectly fine.  No surge brake, so it likely has 
electric brakes, another plus in my book.  If you look at the tow car 
suspension, it looks like it was loaded by someone who knew what they 
were doing.  I'd estimate that car+trailer to be closer to 4000 pounds.  
I'd say that is reasonable given how well setup things look.
