Line input on Delta CC radio?

The Delta CC has a "line in" for use with its companion CD changer,
but in order to select the line input you need to have the matching
CD changer connected, or at least something that fools the radio
into believing that it has the appropriate changer.  Such aftermarket
devices exist for the post-1998 Audi Concert and Symphony radios, but
not for the Delta CC.

So, basically, unless you're able to reverse engineer such a thing,
there is no way to do what you want.
