I don't have it handy, but I'm sure I can figure out a few answers for 
you... I know I altered mine so the passenger door doesn't turn off the 
windows/roof.  Which only meant removing a wire at the door switch.  I 
may have made it so it is "on" from "key in" instead of "key on", too, 
or I may only have thought of doing that.

Great idea, wish I'd thought of it!

One quick and dirty way would be to get your radio "ignition" wire from 
the roof or window circuit "post controller."  These are easy to 
identify, since each circuit is protected by a little circuit breaker in 
the auxiliary relay panel.

Make sure the circuit voltage does not do anything weird when you 
operate the windows/roof before sealing it up, though.  You don't want 
your radio dying everytime you operate them.

If you need more info, let me know on-list and I'll dig in further to 
the diagrams/my car to get you a more complete answer.
