radio code / removal tools

The only issue I had (and I bought my removal tools from ProFit when I
ordered my Satellite Radio mounting bracket) was that there is a
rubber gasket around the radio to keep it from rattling (at least
there *was* on my 2001 A4). That damn gasket held the radio in place
like a SOB. I had to use something to actually PRY the radio out of
the console to get it out. I practically tore my fingers apart trying
to pull on those crappy metal radio removal tools.
What ended up working was an old pizza cutter. The metal was soft
enough to bend and not crack anything. I ruined the pizza cutter, but
like I said it was old (it was actually sitting in a box of stuff we
had set aside to donate to goodwill.).
