Yes. It's an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor so the  
resistance goes up as the temperature goes down. Rarely does the  
relationship of resistance versus temperature change and the spec is  
pretty loose anyway. Usually they fail open (infinite resistance)  
which is read as low temperature.
