I'm in the same boat with him.  Was going to submit a claim as well.

When I made my purchase he said he'd email tracking info after the upcoming
weekend because he was prepping a car for an event.  I wonder if he was
injured there.  Anyone know of any crashes at an event during the last week
in July?
