Chris/Ed, interesting to see more of this coming out. We may be in the same
boat together. I'd paid for something in July, that deal fell through, was
told I'd be refunded(paypal). I gave the benefit of the
doubt(vacations/family/etc) as my voicemail and email went unanswered.
30days later, I posted up to the S-list(cc'd here) asking for references for
Pete at s-werks, as at that point I didn't even have a full name. Several
listers advised they had pending deals w/him . (see archives for opinions) I
did get a call back at that point, advising he'd been busy and my refund was
in the works. I know he completed a few deals at S-fest this past week-end,
so perhaps he's getting back on track. But my refund is still MIA, paypal
has said it's "pending" for days now. Not sure what that means, since my
payment to him went through instantly...

Anyone else out there getting the shell game?

 Ah... what did he say at that point?  I sent 2 emails probably well after
that and have made one phone call to the phone# listed in Paypal and I did
get the business voice mail prompt, but no return call and no email replies.
