Sure, but I want to point out a coupe of things first.  One, I only have 
passing familiarity with the QSW.  Two, although I have an '89 90Q, the 
car in question was a 20v and might be quite different.  Three, the QSW 
is going to be different from that 20v.... but anyway, I'll see if I can 
at least shed light on what I already said anywhere.

There's a big difference already - the post 1985 type 85 and 89 have the 
relay in the underhood fusebox.  I think the afterrun relay is in the 
auxiliary relay panel underdash.  As I recall, the QSW fusebox is quite 
different.

Now here, obviously, I am generalizing to the QSW, which could be quite

Yes, that one.

Beyond this, I wouldn't (shouldn't) want to pontificate about the 
radiator fan setup on the QSW - as a car designed to "work hard," a 
wagon that one often sees with a tow hitch, it might be set up to cool 
itself more aggressively than the sedans and coupes.
