Audi Recalls

If it's a safety thing, yes.  I recently received a recall notice for the
Cruise Control bushing on V8Q #3 (19990), which I picked up as a parts
car about 3 years ago.  Since I never registered it, the previous owner
must have forwarded my info to Audi on the recall notice he got.  

I have the printed Technical Bulletins booklet, I've tried in vain in the
past to get a fix or at least parts for the various recalls and bulletins
from Audi, if they're not safety related they expire and you're on your
own.  Many of the items were repaired when the cars were new(er), but
Audi replaced/repaired the items with the exact same parts, which of
course failed again, but not on Audi's dime.
