rad fan doesn't stay on when the car is off...

Does the turbo cooling pump run when the injector cooling fan runs? I
think the radiator fan is supposed to run when the auxiliary pump for turbo
coolant runs, but only if under-hood temperatures are sufficiently high.
I don't recall how my former 5ktq ran, but in my 200q20v, the radiator
fan/turbo coolant pump operation only occurs after shut-down if the
underhood temperature calls for them to run. The injector cooling fan may
be keyed to run regardless of the sensor controlling the other two.
