Respectfully, I've BTDT and IMO, MMI and all of the other "consolidated
control" systems suck.

Discrete systems are much easier to use as long as the control layout is
reasonably easy to read and access.

I've never had a problem operating the controls of the pre-MMI cars, but
it's way too fiddly to use MMI while driving. Dangerously distracting.

Also, Audi's nav system is difficult to use- not having a directional cursor
makes it a PITA. Scrolling the map, for instance- a really bad setup
compared to some other cars. The Infiniti/Nissan, Honda/Acura and Volvo
systems are definitely easier to use.

You've sold over 200 C6 and D3 cars? That's quite a bit of volume.
