Well, If anyone gets this, then unsubbing and re-subbing has cured my posting probs.

On the problem of getting exhaust parts for the CGT. I thought they were cured when ECP had some in stock. oh nooooooo..

The parts arrived pretty quick, but boy what a state. the delivery driver invited me to look at them on the van - two largish exhaust parts in a large single wall cardboard box that was battered to pieces and spilling out the parts and a small amount of bubble wrap. Each end of each section was battered and crushed.

I took some photo's there and then, but knowing that they aren't available anywhere else suprised the driver by accepting them.
Since then I've emailed ecp, and got an automated response, followed by a call on my ansaphone early next morning. I tried to phone back at lunchtime - no answer and after work - no answer.

Next day I got hold of someone who passed me onto someone else who was pleasant enough but with an eastern european accent so thick that i had to ask for each sentence to be repeated at least once and often twice. The upshot was that she would check to see if they had stock to send me a replacement. Next thing I knew I had been carded by the delivery co. who had been instructed to collect the items!!

Next day I talked again to the same person who said that the middle box (which i desperately need and was the most damaged) was out of stock. So I said I would keep the parts and make the most of them. Next thing I know the delivery driver was back asking to collect the goods. I told her politlely to go away and not come back. Then I looked on the ECP website which still shows the middle box in question.

Last nite I send them some digipics of the delivery, and asked them if they thought that was the right way to do business. All I've got so far is an automated response.....
Tomorrow I will have to spend some time reforming the ends and will hope that is the only damage..

What a shambles!

 Cheers Rob.
