If the brakes can be pumped up, and if  at next use they are same as 
before, and need to be pumped up again, there is air in the system, or 
there is something hard, stuck under side of one of the cylinders, which 
returnes the cylinder away from the pad. Since former was done already, 
look for later, although one should be able to feel this with engine off.
