Oh, I can fill this void in a hurry.

1. Today AoA has refused to perform the suspension allignment on my 
wife's Allroad under warranty cuz "they only do it once, and only during 
the first year of ownership".
2. The user manual sez that the clutch can only be replaced once during 
the warranty period.

... and BTW I am with Brett on this. I had my share of issues with 
legalised warranty scams. IMO a "prorated" warranty is a scam just as 
the offer "to buy" the warranty is a scam. A warranty is a written 
guarantee that the product will be 100% functional during the said 
period of time. How can the warranty be prorated or bought?
