the crank and valve cover vent enter the intake after the metering plate 
both are potential vaccum leaks. On any CIS I-5 that hasn't been tampered 
with removing the oil filler cap *WILL* stall the engine. If removing the 
oil filler cap doesnt stall your engine then you car has been tuned to idle 
with vaccum leaks present.

I'm not sure if thats true on the EFI I-5's, but we are talking about a CIS 
car anyways.
