Audi 200 rear speakers

Whether you go direct or via the amp all depends on the head unit's 
specs.

If it is pre-amp out for rear - go to the amp.
If it is powered, but not particularly good, you might be able to pad 
down the outputs and run them into the amp. This is in general nto a 
great idea, but is common.
If it has a good rear amp, use it directly.

Yes, the ground wire is shared between the speakers. Its the car's 
chassis.
