cooling fans stay on so long that they drain my battery

I had my battery run dead at work a few months ago. I pulled the cooling
fan after run relay. It had been clicking while my heating/cooling
control was not set on auto or defrost.
I will troubleshoot this when it is nicer outside.

A battery in good condition should be able to withstand 13 minutes of
the fan running. That doesn't mean that there's not something wrong
with your fan control switches or relays, but I'd check the battery
first.
