Those are horror stories of untrained monkeys....here in Delaware you remain
in your vehicle with the sniffer inserted into tail pipe,car in park or
neutral with e-brake on and they tell you to rev it to 2500rpm, 8-10
seconds and your done , The closest they come to getting in your car is
kneeling and plugging OBDII under dash....I remember in Colorado it was the
same way back in 91'..
