Utah, requirements here are by county...I don't think some countys have
emmissions at all, but since I am in the Salt Lake County the
inspection/emmissions process is a little more involved, there is a computer
that walks them through it, but I don't know if it is model specific.

Out of curiosity, what state is this?? Every car that is AWD is in the
state database in MA, and the 'puter walks the guy through the inspection.
Even AAA around here will only send a flatbed for an Audi....even if it's a
Front Wheel Drive ala my ole 5KS. They wouldn't take my word for it, "sorry
sir, if it's an Audi we only send out a flatbed." Flatbed usually takes an
extra 2 or 3 hours on a holiday weekend, BTW. BTDT.
