used-car reconditioning

Add "horn" to Safety List. It is a legal requirement in many states.

Add "ABS sensors and hub trigger cogs" to Safety. The cogs get corroded
and stop serving as reliable signal generators for the sensors, and then
the ABS chatters during the last phase of a rolling stop. The cogs really
need replacing, and people disconnect the ABS to bypass the condition.

Add an Engine section to Safety and include checking the oil cooler lines
for corrosion... they have a tendency to blow and dump all the oil in about
5 seconds. Happens to cars from salt belt.

Add "rewire and relay headlight wiring circuit" to Safety or perhaps
Performance.....or work in heavier wiring and relays somewhere.

Add "heater control valve" and "coolant" to Cooling System section of
Reliability.

Maybe use term "tie-rod ends" somewhere.

Great contribution.
