[Biturbos4] Wheel bearing

No problem replacing them as a single wheel bearing.  With the right tools,
it can be readily done on-car.

The rears generally go first on the S4s.  I've replaced several S4
rears before 40K miles, but the earliest front I've replaced is 50K, once.

The reason?  The rear wheel bearings are the same as a 1997 1.8T.  S4s
have a stiffer suspension (spring and anti-roll bar rates) as well larger
rims and wider tires, capable of transmitting more lateral forces though the
wheel bearings.  Especially with modified S4s, a lot more power goes through
the rear wheels, exacerbating the problem.

Rear wheel bearings are a common replacement item on any S4.
