the wear pattern is likely related to the car / suspension and not the tire.
i have kuhmo 712s on the a4 and the insides wear like crazy. the edge
bevels. it did it at stock ride height - i assumed it was because the front
2 shocks were bad and the car was sitting too low, causing neg camber. it
appears to be a little less bad with the new suspension [hr sports over
grooved bils sports, set max high]. just got it aligned actually and it came
up at 1.8 and spec is 1.3-1.4. we'll see if it's any better.
im leaning toward the sumitomo htr next. had a set on my gti a while ago and
they were great and CHEAP!
