[A4] A4 clutchless shifting

He has 49k on the car (mostly city driving. He has finally decided not to be 
cheap and get his clutch replaced. The strange thing is, he really is not 
that hard on he car. When I had to replace the clutch on my 4kq I was 
getting slippage in the low gears and had trouble shifting into 2nd and 3rd 
and it was very gradual. With my friends car he has slippage in all gears 
and was very sudden.
