Megaquirt V2.2 5 cyl configuration

I just remembered you can check for the 180 deg off thing by lining up the cam
lobes. I think you set both the lobes of cyl. #1 up and centered, i.e. both
valves closed. The procedure is in the Bentley or the Haynes manual.
