Megasquirt V2.2 5 cyl configuration

Perhaps you've said and I just missed it, but where are you  checking for 
spark, at the coil wire or individual plug wires?  If it's the  former, be sure 
to check at the plugs... maybe the cap/rotor are bad (or rotor  missing, don't 
ask how I know this...)
