welding MC 5 cylinder exhaust manifold?

Both of my 10V EMs are TIG welded and holding up very well. You need to
find a competant welder who will prep and pre-heat the EM correctly and
have it surfaced afterwards. I know a good welder/machine shop in the
Fitchburg MA area if you are near that area. Common 3/8" studs from the HW
store work well to replace the crap 8mm stock ones that break off when you
remove the EM.
