200 -  flywheel pins same relative location as the 5000/200.

What flywheel are you using?

The urq and 200 have the timing pins in different places.

Megasquirt V2.2  is not doing anything with spark - fuel only.  The
spark is
being provided by the MAC-14 ECU from a late 200 Turbo quattro.
 
 
 
I am getting spark, but wondering why it might be off, as distributor,
etc. is
set by the book.
 
 
 
I agree it is likely that spark is off - probably way too retarded,
but just
don't know.   It should fire on the ether as you say.

I'm with huw on this one, run it on ether.  If it doesn't run on
ether, your
spark is wrong.  How is MS figuring out when to fire?  We ran into a
similar
problem getting gen 1 034 to run when Javad had built the boxes and
hardware
to recognize 5 windows instead of 1 on the distributor.  Great for a
N/A to
turbo car EFI, but not good for a turbo car to turbo car EFI

Piston at top of bore - verified with rod.  TDC mark on flywheel  -
pointer at
hash mark/0.  Front of crank sprocket at cover dimple.
 
 
 
Both cam lobes outward - valves closed on #1 TDC.
 
Distributor rotor on #1 mark per. Bentley et.al.  and set in window.
 
Spark Plugs - coated wet!  So I'm putting in some fresh plugs.
