'92 100 climate control conversion?

Is there any way to convert my automatic climate
control on my 92 100q to manual control. My control
unit doesn't respond to input (there's gotta be a dumb
joke somewhere with that comment), so I'd like to put
in the manual dials to control the heat and air (if I
get that working).
