Integrate a Motorola Razor into a 2001 A6?

pretty easy if you want to install the audi bt kit.  better route if you
also have the rns-e nav-plus, but will work with the symphony but you don't
have a big screen to play with.  with bt phone kit, the mfsw can be used to
activate, scroll and use the phone. works like a charm...

1st step is to check the navplus.us forums for btdt.

Is there any way to make the steering-wheel buttons for phone work a  
current-model Razor phone?
 
I am pretty sure this car was before Bluetooth, but could some kind of  
harness be installed to plug the phone into, and use the hands-free of the
car?
 
BTW, what are those steering-wheel buttons supposed to do?  Operate a  
Audi-specific phone?
