Super duper fuels, eh?

I dunno, John. Just how long do you think ethanol has been in worldwide
production? AFAIK, it is the oldest known chemical reaction carried out by
mankind since prehistory. (Number 2 is the saponification reaction - soap
making. It seems that mankind's desire for cleanliness is secondary to his
desire for drunkenness.) The technology is pretty well worked out by
now. Further significant gains in efficiency seem highly unlikely.
