Audi A4 bumpers are well rated

As for the Rover (gawd, was 1997 really 10 yrs ago already?) all I can say
is OUCH!

FWIW, one of my SCCA members from the past lent his A2 GTi to his sister one
evening. It was raining hard, and where we live, there are no street lights.
Combine that with a black Angus cow (see why no street lights) on an open
country road she was "familiar" with and guess what happened?

One dead Angus. One dead GTi (slight bend to one A-pillar, cow ended up on
hood, but the body didn't pass the windshield) and one shit covered girl.
She was fine, except for the cow shit.

Not sure the result would've been near the same had it been a brick wall.
