NAC: plz help - an international banker needed

Folks,
please forgive me for the lack of Audi content, but I am in a crunch. I 
need to find a competent banking officer who knows how to deal with 
International Letters of Credit and can handle biz transactions for me.

If someone knows such a person or better yet is one himself please 
contact me off list a.s.a.p, since time is of the essence.
