Nice bike, I have a Ninja ZX11.
What kind of insurance suit do you have going on with the bike? You have an
accident?

Ok! I'm usually a lurker here mostly but....
I've read all of the post.
I've just recently got involved in a INS suit with my Ninja.
Its a '93 but can be easily confused with a '03 ( first of the true modern
street bike styles)

Now lets think about my '88 5000CS TQ I still have
Next year its considered a classic.
In 6 years its considered a antique car.
What does that do to the value?
2K 4K 6K
Well anyone can sue in most states up to 5K in small claims court.
Go before a judge, most states make you talk first.
If no amicable decision is agreed upon the judge decides, something (not INS
people.)
At that point its on the person decided upon to go back on their Ins company
on their liability policy.
Over 5k, not so good of a path. Less than 5k = good path to peruse.
