Actually, properly brewed coffee is not made from boiling water, but rather
about 185F.

BTW, Audi cupholders are usually inadequate for holding coffee cups- the
ones in the center console are too shallow to securely hold a cup and the
pop-out of the dash type tend to spill liquids into the stereo and climate
control.
