Odd license plate

I was traveling home in the snowstorm on I-93 in NH when I spotted a car
with the license plate QUATRO!

What makes it odd is that it was on a BMW 325xi.  I wonder if the BMW
replaced the Audi the plate used to be on, or if the plate is just
wishful thinking. :)
