Internet radio - NAC

Here's one that has NAC whatsoever . . .

I'm listening to streaming audio (Otto's Baroque, to be specific) and am 
getting tired of listening to commercials for car insurance, viagra, 
diets, and other crap. I might as well go back to commercial FM radio. 
Or even NPR.

Is there any software which automatically silences speech and only lets 
music through? Running W2K and Winamp. I remember seeing an add-on box 
for old TVs that would do this - any equivalents in software?
