Scott, The guy in Colorado is Mike Sweeney micisweeney at msn.com<mailto:micisweeney at msn.com>
2633 Liggett Rd.
Castle Rock, Co. 80109
I believe he charges about $12-$15 repair with $2 shipping on a 4kq handle.

Hi all,
It's that time of season where things get cold and levers start breaking.
Broke my first of the season on my 4kq last night, happy day.
Back to the point of this e-mail.
Years ago when I had a 5000S there was a company in Colorado (i think it was
CO) that sold rebuild kits for the door levers. It was a special press
(which I still have somewhere) lever and retaining pin. Do any of you have
contact information on this company?
Thanks much,
-Scott
