Door handle

I'm with Kneale, I usually try to remember to push the door a little while
squeezing the trigger, then pull only after it releases. Also make sure the
door isn't adjusted too tight - does it have to be closed hard to latch all
the way? If so you need to adjust the pin on the B pillar outward a tad.
Proper, even excess, lubrication is also important. Use Wurth HHS-2000 or
Honda motorcycle chain lube - they are both great products that start out
thinner then water when sprayed then after 30 seconds or so turn very very
very greasy, that way they pennetrate hard to reach areas then stick like
hell.

Oh, and everytime you see a junk yard - no matter what - you must stop in
and check for any 5000 thats still got it's door handles that you can add to
your collection ;-). Experianced 5000 drivers have a sizable stash... I have
approximately 19 spare door handles in a box as well as various bits and
pieces.

One of these days somebody is going to break down and have some proper metal
bits made up to replace the POS pot metal parts Audi used in them. Seeing as
how I've got 5 5000's currently, 4 of which get used, it may have to be me.
