BTHSEDTFM (been there, had someone else do that for me) on Bad Puppy.

I'm in the same boat with the black TQA #1. It needs work. Probably a lot of 
work. I should sell it for cheap and minimize my loss. But having a backup car 
for the 9 year old Audi is not a bad idea. When i get a place to work on it, I'm 
thinking it will make a nice /backup/hobby/winter-beater/maybe-track car.

Unless someone comes along and offers me $2500 for it. :)
