Yes as to the stock offsets.
However, as the rim width goes up, the offset needed to keep the contact
patch in it's proper relationship does (eventually) have to shrink (at least
for
our positive offset vehicles).
For this case, ET 35 vs. ET38. Pretty well a wash (1/8" towards the
centerline
of the car). If the rubbing issue is towards the inside, then this can be
fixed
with a 3 mm spacer.
