  So Steve, this is on track with what I am considering, but which intercooler fits?  What size/dimensions?

   

  Does the Alternator stay in stock position?  Already the stock intercooler pushes into the wheel well, but ther is a little more room to grow outward.

  It may not be as pretty as getting an actual urS part grafted in, but it takes no time at all to do.
