You can, by the way, add descriptions to your images as long or short as 
you'd like. Login, then browse to the desired photo. Next to the file name 
underneath the image you'll see "[Edit]". Click that and add a caption, 
voila simmilar funcionality. You can also use the drop-down box under each 
picture when viewing an entire album and select "Edit Text" which takes you 
to the same exact place for editing the caption, description, and other 
things.

The only differance between the basics of the Twiki and the photo gallery is 
that you are describing an image with text instead of describing text with 
an image ;-).
