Yes, except that in the US, E36 3 series is '92 to '98, exc. there were '99
Cabriolets
and M3s.

It's not an exact fit- you have to measure about 12 times and cut once. It's
also not
a straight cut. Once done right, it fits decently and won't look bad.

You'll need trim screws to secure the pod due to the kludged fit, though.
