You will be downloading a "rar" file.

This is another form of file compression.

You may use Izarc to uncompress the file (free application):
http://www.izarc.org/

Once you have the files extracted, you can either burn them to the appropriate optical media (DVD or CDROM, I haven't looked at the size of the ISO file yet.) Ensure you choose to "burn CD/DVD image", don't simply burn the ISO to the media as a file.

OR you can mount the image with a program called Daemon Tools. It will mount the ISO as a virtual CD or DVD drive. Again, this is a free application.
